I am a Philadelphia-based freelance director and stage manager who endeavors to work with new theatrical communities, companies, and artists around the world. My theater interests are in ensemble-created work and the development of new plays, especially those that make an effort to encourage audiences to bridge the gap between the stage and the world around us. I have a BA in Theater with a Directing Concentration, from Temple University. This season I was the Associate Artistic Director at Plays and Players, produced the inaugural Mz. Fest, as well as directed SHE Directs, One-Minute Play Festival and "A Cocoon of your Own Making". Last season, I assisted Lucie Tiberghien (Love in Afghanistan), Moises Kaufman (Tallest Tree in the Forest), both at Arena Stage, and Blanka Zizka (Don Juan Comes Home From Iraq), at the Wilma Theater.
